What information do we collect?
We collect information from you when you register on our site or fill out a form.
When ordering or registering on our site, as appropriate, you may be asked to enter your: name, address, phone number, email address or other pertinent information. You may, however, visit our site anonymously. Personal information is kept with Dental CE Network and not sold, traded, or given to outside sources.
What do we use your information for?
Any of the information we collect from you may be used in one of the following ways:
-To personalize your experience (your information helps us to better respond to your individual needs)
-To improve our website (we continually strive to improve our website offerings based on the information and feedback we receive from you)
-To improve customer service (your information helps us to more effectively respond to your customer service request and support needs)
-To process transactions
Your information, whether public or private, will not be sold, exchanged, transferred, or given to any other company for any reason whatsoever, without your consent, other than for the express purpose of delivering the purchased product or service requested by the customer. Transactions are handle by a third party, Authorize.net, and the financial responsibility, security, and liability are handled by their resources. We do not retain your personal financial information on our website. Membership use is on an annual basis and renews on the anniversary date. If the user wishes to alter his/her membership, it is the responsibility of the user to do so prior to the anniversary date.
-To send periodic emails
The email address you provide for order and service processing, may be used to send you information and updates pertaining to your order, in addition to receiving occasional company news, updates, related product or service information, etc.
Note: If at any time you would like to unsubscribe from receiving future emails, we include detailed unsubscribe instructions at the bottom of each email.
-To administer a contest, promotion, survey or other site feature.
How do we protect your information?
We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information when your personal information is accessed.
Do we disclose any information to outside parties?
We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information. This does not include trusted third parties who assist us in operating our website, or servicing you, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential. We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Our Service may contain links to third party web sites or services that are not owned or controlled by Arlington Heights Media, LLC and which Arlington Heights Media, LLC asserts no control over. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Service.
Membership renewal occurs annually on the anniversary date of when the user orginially signed up with Dental CE Network. Membership renewal occurs automatically with a third party payment system, currently Authorize.net. To stop automatic renewals, please change your payment/subscription information in "My Account". To keep automatic renewals without a pause in membership, please keep information current. Expiration date may be found in "My Account".
Dental CE Tracker is free to use and membership is not required. Membership greatly increases the ease of inputing data into the CE Tracker if the course was placed by the CE Provider on our site. Please print a CE Summary for your records. We maintain several backups of information on our site and on an offsite server and are not responsible for lost or stolen data. We also strive to maintain accuracy on local requirements for Dental CE. Please check with your local government requirements for final accuracy on dental continuing education.
